Even Cool People Fall Down Stairs

Last Sunday was the Smiths City 60th Annual Santa Parade in Christchurch. Santa parade, it was not, more of a anti Christmas personally. They had every single religion, twice over, every hobby (like belly-dancing), and cults (like Star Wars) and finally, after about 2 hours of boring floats and cars, and gaps in between the floats and cars, finally we had Santa. Yep, a Santa that didn’t even jiggle his belly like a bowl full of jelly. Not even a “Ho, ho, ho”! It’s an outrage!!!!!

Yesterday was a delightful day compared to today. In the morning I had tea and cupcakes with a couple friends, and in the evening was the prize giving. Now, not that the prize giving wasn’t 2 hours of utter boredom, but it did have the perks of including a Dumbledore quote, and, even better, it caused me to have an epiphany. The head girl over her time at my school had fallen down stairs, been thrown into a highly popular bush many times, and was a self confessed nerd.

My epiphany = There’s hope for us all

Today was rather boring in comparison, though I did have a strenuous walk (to the mailbox and back) and listened to music I adore, AKA The Beatles. Yep, there's seriously nothing better than playing "Help" at full volume!

Wow, that sounds like an interesting christmas parade! haha.

I didn't go to our christmas parade, but I heard that one of the dancing groups danced to "Soulja Boy" I don't know if you've ever heard that song, but let me tell you, it is NOT a christmas song.

Star Wars = cult
Star Trek = religion
Because Trek has Klingon. I think.. I've never watched Trek before so I guess I don't have a clue.
I was supposed to be playing on the Santa parade!! As in the old musical ute. I heard the ute was old/budget.. not so sure. My friend played the piano/keyboard for them as well. So we would've been like the dynamic musical duo haha! Shortbread St? Nope. I'm not a big fan of soaps to be honest. Anyways does this chels have msn? Ben is wondering (3rd person is great).

And as for walks, I love walking! It's great. I walk a lot. Screw driving xP
